About Integrated Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) Project

Integrated Health System Strengthening Project is a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) investment co-designed with Amref Health Africa and MOH to support the design and implementation of a platform mechanism/s for health systems strengthening for primary health care (PHC) in Ethiopia. The focus of this investment is primarily at the subnational level (regional and district) with links to national efforts. The design will focus on integration of key HSS pillars – e.g., Human Resources for Health (HRH), Health Care Financing (HCF), Data, and Leadership and Governance – to support PHC administrators and managers toward optimizing health systems for improved service delivery.

1-Amref Health Africa, Ethiopia office intends to invite all interested and eligible Individual bidders by this bid invitation to hire individual consultant to conduct National Health Accounts (NHA) Production and all qualified individual can participate in this bid and have to fulfill the following requirements

a. Only technically qualified individuals will be considered for financial evaluation

c. The deadline for submission of the proposals is on or before 6th September 2026 before close of business and all interests/applications must be submitted through the secured email address: [email protected] using the subject line: “National Health Accounts (NHA) Production”

d. All technical documents should be submitted to the secured e-mail [email protected]  and no need of submitting technical and financial proposal in hardcopy.

e. For only clarification request before bid submission date please use [email protected] . (for any clarification request)

Submissions that are received by Amref Health Africa after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for review.
