To All Prospective Bidders,

The Ethiopian Electric Utility (EEU) hereby issues an amendment to the bid floating notice for the procurement of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), originally advertised in the Newspaper on August 21, 2026.

Please be informed that the term "Supplier" stated in the advertisement is hereby amended and changed to "Manufacturer." Accordingly, only eligible manufacturers are permitted to participate in the bidding process.

All other terms and conditions of the bid remain unchanged.
