TNT Construction and Trading, a leading Ethiopian construction firm with over 21 years of experience, invites qualified and eligible consultants/firms to submit proposals for:

Brand Strategy, Corporate Identity, Company Profile, and Corporate Documentary Development Services

Scope of Work:

1. Brand Strategy Review & Alignment - Brand audit, positioning refinement, brand personality, competitive analysis, and brand promise articulation (building upon existing vision, mission, and values).
2. Corporate Identity Enhancement & Expansion - Logo refinement, color palette, typography, Corporate Identity Manual, stationery, presentation templates, uniform/PPE designs, vehicle livery, site signage, and office branding.
3. Company Profile & Marketing Collateral-  Corporate brochure, capability statement, tender/proposal templates, project portfolio sheets, and case study templates.
4. Corporate Documentary (5-10 minutes) - Professional video production including script development, on-location filming, interviews, post-production, and final deliverables in multiple formats.
5. Digital Presence Support (Advisory) - Website design brief, social media guidelines, and digital asset guidelines.

Eligibility Requirements:

Interested firms must demonstrate:

• Proven experience in brand strategy, corporate identity, marketing collateral development, and corporate video production;
• A strong portfolio of similar projects (construction/engineering sector experience is an advantage);
• Qualified team with expertise in brand strategy, graphic design, copywriting, video production, and project management;
• Ability to build upon existing brand assets rather than starting from scratch;
• Minimum three client references from similar engagements.

Existing Brand Assets: TNT has already established vision, mission, values, logo, and letterhead. The consultant shall build upon and refine these existing assets.

Submission Requirements:

Interested bidders may obtain the full Request for Proposal (RFP) document from TNT Construction and Trading upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB [Insert Amount] during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM -5:00 PM) at the address below.

Bid Submission:

Proposals must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes (Technical

Proposal and Financial Proposal) clearly marked with the RFP number and title, and delivered to the address below on or before:

Bid Closing Date: on 10th calendar date from the first date the invitation for bid is published on a newspaper at 2:00 PM local time

Bid Opening Date: same date as bid closing and 2:30 PM local time
