Helfer Project International (HPI) is an international non- governmental organization, working to end poverty and hunger in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Heifer Project International has been in the development sector for more than 80 years. Helfer Project International has been operating in 60 countries throughout the world, but through time started focus on the 20 most poverty and disaster affected countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Helfer Project International (HPI) would like to invite Potential service providers for a one-year contract agreement.

Eligible service providers can register by email with this address [email protected] by sending credentials (renewed license, VAI certificate & Tin certificate) during working hours (8:30 AM to 4:30PM), From August 31.2026 to Sep 11,2026. The bidding document (TOR) will be sent to the bidders through e-mail address given while registering the bid.

The bidder shall submit the original and copy of the Technical & Financial proposal in separate envelopes sealed and stamped. duly marking the envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" for both Technical and Financial Proposals Separately (including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License. Taxpayer's Registration, VAT Registration, and professional competency Certificates).

All documents (Technical, Financial, and other documents mentioned on the TOR) must be delivered to the address below in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before 4:00 PM on September 14, 2026.
