The Ethiopian Orthodox Church Development and Inter- Church Aid Commission, Refugee and Returnee Affairs Department (EOTC-DICAC/RRAD) invites qualified, reputable, and experienced suppliers to submit proposals for the supply of one (1) 2026 BYD Sealion electric vehicle.
The procurement falls under the "Mignote" (Aspiration) Project, funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Required Application Documents
- Financial Proposal: a detailed budget quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB), inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Supporting documents: valid and renewed trade license, business registration certificate, and tax clearance certificate.
Submission Instructions
Interested and qualified applicants must submit sealed, signed, and stamped Technical and Financial Proposals in separate envelopes, together with all relevant credentials. Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of 2% of the quoted price (including VAT), in the form of a Certified Payment Order (CPO) issued by a recognized bank.
Proposals must be submitted within 10 days of the publication of this advertisement, on or before the due date of 08 September 2026. EOTC-DICAC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in full or in part, without incurring any liability to the affected applicant.
