The Lewegen Trading PLC invites all eligible bidders for the procurement of an

1. ISUZU, FSR 700P, WITH DRY-CARGO BODY.WORK (Made/Model: Japan/FSR33 SL-NCSS Make of Year: 2025/2026, GVW: 11000kg, Capacity: 6.5-ton, Engine Capacity: 8226 cc, 6 cylinders, 1951p Aspiration: Natural, Alternator: 24Y -404.

Bid closing date: 5 Working days from the date of advertisement @4:00PM (September 02,2026)

1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information about the bid at Lewegen Trading PLC Head office, Addis Ababa.

2. All bidders shall submit bid Performa with a copy in wax- sealed envelopes to the Lewegen Trading PLC office in Addis Ababa, Yeka Sub city Woreda 06 (Setoch Adebabay). The bid closing date will be on the 20th date on the calendar date counted from the first date that the bid advertisement.

3. The bid will be opened one day after the closing date. officially at the Lewegen Trading PLC office at 9:30 am in the presence of bidders or legal representatives.

4. HDAMA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

5. A bidder should have a renewed 2018 E.C trade license, have TIN number registered with the Tax clearance, VAT, and have the legal capacity to enter a contract. The sole agent for this bidding process will be warmly welcomed.

6. A successful bidder will enter into a contract agreement with Lewegen Trading PLC to supply the ISUZU, FSR 700P, car when he/she receives an authorized purchase requisition.

7. The Company shall deliver the Vehicle to Lewegen Trading PLC on the same day the payment is Made.

8. Bidders are requested to submit their quoted prices separately as follows:

A) Cash (Lewegen Trading PLC First Choice).

B) 50% through a bank payment
