Nib International Bank Would Like To Notify Amendment of Bid Submission and Opening Period.

EXTENSION OF BID CLOSING AND OPENING PERIOD

FOR THE UNDER LISTED BID

It is to be recalled that Nib International Bank has invited interested and eligible bidders for Enterprise monitoring tools under bid Ref. No.NIB/14/2026/27 and Supply and Installation of Cleaning Agent Fire Suspension System under bid Ref. NIB/15/2026/27.

With reference to this bid, the bank has sought necessary to extend the bid opening and closing period in order to have sufficient time for bidders as well as the Bank as indicated as follow.

For Enterprise Monitoring Tools

• Bid closing date will be September 17, 2026 at 3:00 PM and
• Bid opening date will be September 17, 2026 at 3:15 PM

For Supply and Installation of Cleaning Agent Fire Suspension System

• Bid closing date will be September 17, 2026 at 3:15PM and
• Bid opening date will be September 17, 2026 at 3:30 PM

Therefore, you are required to act in accordance with the adjusted time schedule.
