Enhanced Rural Self Help Association (ERSHA) and Kindernothilfe (KNH) are currently planning to develop a project proposal for a project entitled "Integrated Climate-Smart Community Livelihood Improvement Project", to be implemented in Ener Woreda, Gurage Zone, Central Ethiopia Region.

In accordance with the funding organization requirements, an independent feasibility study is being undertaken to examine the relevance, appropriateness and feasibility of the planned intervention.

The feasibility study is conducted jointly by a Germany- based lead consultant, and a national consultant based in Ethiopia. While the lead consultant is responsible for the overall study design, methodology, tools, analysis and reporting, while the national consultant oversees the collection of primary data in the field and manages a team of locally recruited enumerators.

ERSHA hereby invites qualified data collector/national consultant/ to collect the Terms of Reference and submit sealed technicasl and finacial proposal within 10 consecutive days of this announcement.
