Subject: Notice of Cancellation of Bid for End-to-End Delivery of a 5 Ton/Day Maize Processing Plant and Solar-Powered Irrigation System

This is to inform all interested bidders that the bid for the End- to-End Delivery of a 5 Ton/Day Maize Processing Plant (Maize Grain Processing Mill/Maize Agro-Processing Plant), including Installation Services, and Establishment of a Solar-Powered Irrigation System, which was advertised on August 31, 2026, has been cancelled.

The bid is being cancelled due to a change in the technical specifications of the required equipment and services.

Interested bidders are requested to disregard the previously issued bid notice. A new procurement process reflecting the updated specifications will be launched in the near future.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience resulting from the cancellation of this bid.
