Friendship Tannery hereby invites qualified and experienced Consultancy Firms to submit their interest in providing professional consultancy services for the development and arrangement of the Company's Organizational Structure.

Our Company currently employs more than 1,000 employees and is seeking a competent consultancy firm with proven experience in organizational development, organizational restructuring, human resource management, job evaluation, and related areas.

The selected consultancy firm will be expected to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Company's existing organizational structure and provide professional recommendations and solutions to establish an efficient, effective, and sustainable organizational structure suitable for a large-scale organization.

Interested consultancy firms are requested to submit their company profile, relevant experience, technical proposal, and other supporting documents.
