1. All bidders should have A renewed trade license and vat registration certificate valid for 2019 E.C.
2. sealed envelopes containing an original and a copy of offer and qualification document should be delivered to the Sheder Boarding school office starting the day posted on Ethiopian Herald and should be valid for Ten days
3. bid will be opened and read in the Somali regional state SHEDER BOARDING SCHOOL Office the day after it expires
