Minimum Organizational RequirementsThe prospective bidder is expected to meet the following requirements:·       Demonstrated experience in undertaking feasibility studies and commercial viability assessments for complex infrastructure or investment projects, with successful completion of at least three comparable assignments within the last seven years.·       Proven experience in the tourism, hospitality, cultural, or mixed-use development sectors is required. Experience involving museums, visitor attractions, convention centers, or similar destination-based projects will be considered a distinct advantage.·       The firm shall provide a list of relevant assignments, including the client, project description, completion date, contract value, and the firm's role, together with at least three client references for comparable projects.·       Prior experience in Ethiopia or the East African region will be considered an added advantage.Reference: 16
