Partnership for Pastoralists Development Association (PAPDA) is a national non-governmental organization established in June 2006. The organization operates in four regions of Ethiopia, namely Somali, Oromia, Afar, and South Ethiopia Regions, with the mission of improving and strengthening the resilience and capacities of pastoralist and agro- pastoralist communities through development, emergency response, and peacebuilding interventions.

Currently. PAPDA is seeking various services and materials from qualified and legally registered vendors, consultants, and suppliers as indicated below.

1. Procurement of Consultancy for GIZ (G-012172-002):

PAPDA invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for Consultancy to revise the Transitional Justice Training Handbook and Deliver Two Rounds of Sensitization and Policy Implementation Monitoring Training

2. For Restocking for BOILDIP (PADD-0010-SOM-25-063):

• PAPDA also invites you to purchase He Goats and She Goats.
• PAPDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions.
