TERMS OF REFERENCE TO RECRUIT A CONSULTANT FIRM FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THREE VISUAL MESSAGES FOR WHOLEGRAIN CONSUMPTION AWARNESS
INTRODUCTION
The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is a Swiss-based foundation launched at the UN in 2002 to tackle the human suffering caused by malnutrition. Working with both governments and businesses, we aim to transform food systems so that they deliver more nutritious food for all people.
OBJECTIVE
General Objective
To design and develop three visually compelling informational messages for a consumer awareness campaign in the three target regions, aimed the sustainable consumption of wholegrain teff and wheat with a particular focus on to address smallholder farmers, including women and youth.
Submission Requirements
1. The Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal shall be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes.
2. The proposal shall be submitted in person to the GAIN Ethiopia office at:

4. Proposals received after the stated deadline may be considered late and will not be accepted.
5. GAIN reserves the right to request clarification from bidders during the evaluation process, where appropriate.
6. GAIN reserves the right accept or reject the bid.

Proposal Validity
The consulting firm shall ensure that its proposal remains valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the proposal submission deadline.
