CorpsAfrica/Ethiopia recruits and trains young Ethiopians and deploys them to underserved rural communities across Ethiopia to serve as Volunteers for one year. Upon completion of their service, Volunteers become members of the CorpsAfrica Alumni Network.

CorpsAfrica/Ethiopia is seeking qualified HR Consultancies, Recruitment Firms, and Headhunting Agencies to support the Alumni Employment Support Program for a period of six (6) months.

The selected consultancy will support alumni through;

• Skills-based job matching beyond academic degrees, based on competencies, experience, and career interests.
• Proactive headhunting, recruitment, and candidate referrals.
• Interview preparation, career coaching, and employability support.
• Employer engagement and job-market linkages.
• Training and support on CV writing and review, cover letters, LinkedIn, and portfolio development.
• Support and guidance for alumni in developing entrepreneurial ideas and business plans, including linkages to potential funding opportunities.
• Prepare job fairs, recruitment events, and career development events with local and international organizations targeting Corps Africa alumni. 

Who Can Apply?

Eligible HR consultancies, recruitment firms, and headhunting agencies should demonstrate:

• More than five (5) years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• A strong network of NGOS, INGOs, government institutions, and private-sector organizations.
• Proven experience in headhunting, recruitment, and job placement.
•  Expertise in career development and employability support.
• Experience organizing job fairs, recruitment events, and career development activities.

Required Documentation (Application Process)

• Technical and financial proposals, including the proposed consultancy fee and a detailed six-month work plan.
• Evidence of relevant previous experience.
• Company/consultant profile, including a valid and renewed license.
• Two references from similar assignments.
