The Somali Regional State Dollo Addo College of Teacher Education hereby invites all eligible and interested Bidders to participate in Bid for office equipment and furniture To the College for the fiscal Year 2019 EC

1. 1. Scope of the bid

• The supply and delivery for the office equipment and furniture material as required by the college
• Delivery shall be made to the college compound at dollo addo
• The items must meet the quality standards set by the college
• Bid requirements
• Interested and eligible bidders are required to fulfill the following conditions:

1. Bidder Should Have Renewed Trade License Of the 2019 EC Ethiopian Fiscal Year Register License Certificate, Vat Registration Evidence and Supplier List Certificate from Somali Regional State public procurement and property administration agency,
2. Bidder Can Obtain the Bid Document from Dollo Addo College of Teacher's Education Finance, Logistic, procurement directorate bid announcement Starting 10/01/2019 E.C This Is Issue Journal up on Payment of 200 ET Birr.
3. The Bid Document Should Submit With 10 Days With Sealed Envelope.
4. The Bidder Should Submit One Original One Copy Of Their Document On Separately Envelope With 3% Of The Total Issued Cost In Favor Or Certificate Bank Guarantee, CPO Or In Cash.
5. The Bid Will Be closed on the date 20/01/2019 at the time 12:30 PM and will be Opened on the date 21/01/2019 EC time 3:00 AM local time Dollo Ado College of Teacher's Education General Meeting Hall on Presence of Bidder or Their Legal Representative after 30 Minute of Document Submission.
