- Lot 1: Strategic Plan Development (2027-2029)
- Lot 2: Financial Policies & Procedures Manual
Requirements
- Valid Business License, TIN, VAT Registration, and Tax Clearance.
- 7-10 years of relevant CSO consulting/financial experience in Ethiopia.
- Technical Proposal, Detailed Financial Proposal, CVs, 3 references, and sample past work.
