• Description of the organization of the warranty The bidder has to submit a description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23; Reference: ITB 23.(c)(ii)
• Conflict of Interest No conflict of interest as described in ITB Clause 4.3 Reference: ITB 4.3
• Debarred by decision of the FPPA The bidder must not be debarred by decision of the Public Procurement Agency from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation under previous contracts in accordance with ITB Clause 4.4. Reference: ITB 4.4
• Nationality Nationality in accordance with ITB Clause 4.2. Reference: ITB 4.2
• Descriptive technical literature The bidder has to submit descriptive technical literature in accordance with ITB Clause 17 (if required in BDS); Reference: ITB 23.2 (c)(i)
• Financial Standing of the Bidder The average annual turnover, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last ... years, must exceed times the amount of the financial proposal of the Bid; Reference: ITB 23.2 (b) (ii)
• Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts The bidder has to submit certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS. Reference: ITB23.2(b)(iii)

The suppliers must be delivery the sample in Oromia agricultural bureau before the bid opening. the winner must be delivery all items in own cost Modjo store. The original CPO or bank guarantee must be submitted or delivered in person to the Oromia Agricultural Bureau before the bid opening.
