Qualification Requirements

• የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ወይም የንግድ ፈቃድ በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ሐ) መሠረት የውጭ ሀገር ተጫራች ሆኖ ከተቋቋመበት ሀገር የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ወይም የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣ Reference: 4.6 (ሐ)
• የጨረታ ዋጋ ዝርዝር ሠንጠረዥ ተጫራቹ ያቀረበው የጨረታ ዋጋ በጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ ሠንጠረዥ አንቀጽ 12 መሠረት ካልሆነ፣ Reference: 37.5 (መ)
• የተጨማሪ እሴት የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት በጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ ሠንጠረዥና በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (ii) መሠረት የሀገር ውስጥ ተጫራች ሆኖ በታክስ ባለሥልጣን የተሰጠ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታከለ የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣  Reference: 4.6 (ለ) (ii)
• በመንግሥት ግዥና ንብረት ባለስልጣን ድረ-ገፅ ላይ መመዝገብ በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.7 መሠረት ተጫራቹ በመንግሥት ግዥና ንብረት ባለስልጣን ድረ-ገፅ ላይ ያልተመዘገበ ሲሆን፣ (የሀገር ውስጥ ተጫራቾች ብቻ ይመለከታል)፣ Reference: 4.7
• የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (i) መሠረት ተጫራቹ ከሥራው ጋር አግባብነት ያለው የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣ Reference: 4.6 (ለ) (i)
• በመንግሥት ግዥ እንዳይሳተፍ በመንግሥት ግዥና ንብረት ባለስልጣን የታገደ በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.4 መሠረት ከዚህ በፊት ከነበሩ የኮንትራት ግዴታዎች ጋር በተያያዘ ምክንያት በመንግሥት ግዥ እንዳይሳተፍ በመንግሥት ግዥና ንብረት ባለስልጣን የታገደ ተጫራች ከሆነ፣ Reference: 4.4
• የጥቅም ግጭት በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.3 መሠረት ከተጫራቹ ጋር የጥቅም ግጭት መኖሩ ሲታወቅ፣ Reference: 4.3
• ታክስ የከፈለበትን ሰርቲፊኬት በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (iii) መሠረት የሀገር ውስጥ ተጫራች ሆኖ ታክስ የከፈለበትን ሰርቲፊኬት ከታክስ ባለሥልጣን ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣ Reference: 4.6 (ለ) (iii)

ቢሮው የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀነው፡፡ የዶሮ ቤት/ኬጂው/ በተጠየቀው እስፔስፍኬሽን ተሰርቶ ናሙናው ቢሮ ድረስ መምጣት አለበት የእርባታ በጎቹ ሴትም ወንድም መሆን አለባቸው ተጫራቾች ሲፒኦ በአካል ቢሮ ድረስ ማምጣት አለባቸው
