ተቋሙ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች ሲፒዮ ወይም ያለ ምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ(unconditional/ የባንክ ጋራንት በአካል ማምጣት አለባቸው ፡፡ የምግብና የመጠጥ አይነቶች በጥቅል ዋጋ ድምር የምናዎዳድር መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡ የመጀመሪያ የሰነድ ግምገማ ያለፉ ተጫራቾች ተቋማችን የምግብ ጥራቱን እና የተጫራቾችን የስራ አከባቢ በአካል መጥቶ ያያል፡፡ የቤት ኪራይ፣ውሀ እና መብራት በነጻ ሲሆን፣ የመስሪያ ግብዓቶች በተቋማችን ያሉ ሲሆን የሚጎድሉትን አሸናፊው ድርጅት በራሱ ማሟላት አለበት ፡፡ ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ ቢያንስ 2 ዓመት የስራ ልምድ ሊኖራቸው ይገባል፡፡
