ኢንስቲትዩቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 2.አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ድርጅት አሸናፊ የሆነባቸውን እቃዎች ኢንስቲትዩቱ ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ በራሱ ወጭ በማቅረብ ኢንስቲትዩቱ በሚመድባቸው የጥራት ባለሙያዎች ጥራቱን አስፈትሾ ገቢ ማድረግ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 3 ክፍያ የሚፈፀመው ውል የገባባቸውን እቃዎች በሙሉ ገቢ ሲያደርግ ይሆናል፡፡ 4.ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅቶች ለዚህ ጨረታ የሚሆን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ 1 ቀን ቀድመው በባህር ዳር ቴክኖሎጅ ኢንስቲትዩት ስም አሰርተው ግዥ ስራ አስፈፃሚ ቢሮ በአካል ቀርበው ማስረከብ ግዴታ ሲሆን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና የማያቀርቡ ድርጅቶች ጨረታው የማይከፈትና ለውድድር የማይቀርቡ መሆኑን ከወዲሁ እናሳውቃለን፡፡ 5.ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ 1 ቀን በፊት የሚያቀርቡትን የጨረታ ሰነድ ኮፒ ከጨታ ሰነዱ ጋር ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
