 ኦሪጅናል የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት በአካል መቅረብ አለበት፤  አሸናፊ ተጫራች እቃዎቹን በደብረብረሃን ዩኒቨርሲቲ አስራት ወልደየስ ጤና ሳይንስ ካምፓስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡  ግዥው ለአንድ ዓመት የማዕቀፍ ግዥ ሲሆን የዋጋ ማስተካከያ የማይደረግበት መሆኑ መታወቅ አለበት፤  ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
