 ኦሪጅናል የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት በአካል መቅረብ አለበት፤  አሸናፊ ተጫራች እቃዎቹን በደብረብረሃን ዩኒቨርሲቲ አስራት ወልደየስ ጤና ሳይንስ ካምፓስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡  ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡  ውድድሩ በድምር ዋጋ ስለሆነ ተጫራቾች ሁሉም ዕቃዎች ላይ ዋጋ መሙላት አለባቸው፡፡
