የምግብ አገልግሎት ወሠኝ የሆኑት ዶክመንቶቻቸዉን በe-Gp ሲስተም ኦንላይን ላይ ለጨረታዉ ማያያዝዎ አይዘንጉ - ተጫራቶች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ-ቦንድ/CPO/ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ የሆኑት ከሚመለከተዉ - መ/ቤት በአድራሻ የዋስትና ደብዳቤ የጨረታ መክፈቻ አንድ ቀን ከመድረሱ በፊት አንድ ቀን አስቀድሞ አ/አባባ ኮሪያ ዘማች ፓርክ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘዉ መወዩ ማስተባበሪያ ጽ/ቤት ወይም መወዩ ሕክምና እና ጤና ሣይንስ ኮሌጅ የግዥ ስራ አስፈፃሚ ጽ/ቤት መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ጨረታዉ በሚከፈትበት ዕለትና ሰዓት ተከታትለዉ ኪ-ሼርዎን ሼር መድረግ አይዘንጉ፡፡  የምግብ አገልግሎቱ የሚሰጥበትቦታ ባሌሮቤ እና ጎባከተማ ይሆናል፡፡  አገልግሎቱንና ብዛቱን ጥራቱን የመጠቀሚ ያጊዜዉ ያላለፈበት ሆኖ በጥንቃቄ የሚዘጋጅ መሆን አለበት፡፡  አገልግሎቱ የሚፈፀመዉ የመወዩ ሕክምና እና ጤና ሣይንስ ኮሌጅ ጥያቄ በሚያቀርቡበት ጊዜ ይሆናል፡፡ እንደ አስፈላጊነቱ በቴክአዌ ይመቅረብ የሚገባዉ ከሆነ በቴክአዌ ይየሚቀርብና ሌላው በአሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ሆቴል ዉስጥ የሚፈፀም ይሆናል፡፡  የምግብ አገልግሎቱ የመወዩ ሕክ/እና ጤና ሣይንስ ኮሌጅ ለአሸናፊዉ ድርጅት አገልግሎት መጠየቂያ ፍላጎት ደብዳቤ አስቀድሞ የሚያሣዉቅ ይሆናል፡፡  ዋጋሲ ሞሉቫትን አካተዉ ይሙሉ፡፡  አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚታወቀው በጠ/ድምር ዝቅተኛዋጋ ያቀረበነው፡፡  አሸናፊው ድርጅት የምግብ አቅርቦቱን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት አጓጉዞ የሚያቀርብ ይሆናል፡፡  አሸናፊው ድርጅት ከመ/ቤቱ ጋር ውል ይዋዋልና በውሉ መሠረት የሚፈፀምይሆናል፡፡  አገልግሎቱ በተጠየቀበት ወቅት የሚቀርብ ነው፡፡  የዋጋ ማስተካካያን በተመለከተ ከኢትዮጵያ ስታቲስቲክስ አገልግሎት በሚገኝ የገበያ ዋጋ መረጃ የሚፈፀም ይሆናል ከዚህ ካልተገኘ በአካባቢው በሚጠናው የገበያ ዋጋ መረጃ መሠረት የሚፈፅም ይሆናል፡፡  አቅርቦቱ እስከ 30/2019 ዓ.ምይሆናል፡፡  አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሙስሊሙንም ሆነ የክርስቲያኑን ማህበረሰብ ምግብ በታዘዘው መሠረት ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡  መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀነው፡፡
