The Amhara Regional State Bureau of Agriculture through the Government of Ethiopia has received credit and grant from the IDA toward the cost of Agricultural Growth Program and it intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for which this invitation is issued.

1. The Amhara Regional State Bureau of Agriculture now invites eligible bidders/Contractors RRC/GC Grade 5/Five & above for the construction of small bridge specified below

2. Bidding will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB/ RFB) procedure specified in the World Bank's Procurement Guidelines: under IDA Credits. and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries  as defined in the Guidelines.

3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Amhara Region Bureau of Agriculture/Att Ato Molla Eshetie, Tell No +251 91 870-1188 and inspect the bidding document during office hours (8:30 AM to 4:30PM) at the address given below.

4. Bids shall be valid until 05 February 2027 after bid opening date plus 28 days specified on INB on section one of bid document.

5. Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses, which are renewed for the year 2017 E.C. The following document & /Renewed license, VAT Registration Certificate & Tax payer Identification Number TIN. So the Bidder should have to be attached this document with technical proposal of their 'Bids document.

6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from the regional state Bureau of Agriculture Procurement, Finance and property Administration Directorate Office L-67, Bahirdar, Kebele-03, up on payment of a nonrefundable fee birr 500 to the address indicated below.

7. Bid must be delivered to Amhara National Regional State, Bureau of Agriculture Procurement, Finance and property Administration Directorate Office L-67, Bahirdar, Kebele-03.

8. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 4 December 2026 10:00 A.M. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on the same date and place at 10:30 AM.

9. The ANRS Bureau of Agriculture reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
