ደምቢዶሎ ዩኒቨርስሲቲ በ2019 በጀት የወጣ የላብራቶሪ ዕቃዎች ግልጽ ጫረታ ለይ የምሳተፉ ተጫራቾች የምከተሉት መስፈርቶች መወቅ አለባቸዉ፡፡ 1 ዩኒቨርስቲዉ ጫረታዉን በሙሉ ወይም በከፍል የመሰረዝ መፈቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ 2.ማንኛዉም ታወዳዳረ የጫረታ ማስከበረያ CPO የጫረታ ሰዓቱ ከመዘጋቱ በፍት በደምቢዶሎሎ ዩኒቨርስቲ በአካል በመገኘት በቢሮ ቁጥር 402 በአካል በመገኘት መስመስገብ አለበት፡፡ 3. .ማንኛዉም ታወዳዳረ የጫረታ ሰዓቱ ካለቀ በኃላ የመክፈቻ ቁልፉን በግዜ ሼር ማድረግ አለበት፡፡ 4.አሸፍዉ ድርጅት ዕቃዉን የምረከበዉ በደምብዶሎ ዩኒቨርሲ ዕቃ ግምጃቤት ሆኖ ወጪዉንና ትረንስፖርቴሼኑን ችሎ መረከብ አለበት፡፡ 5.በስስቴሙ ላይ የተጠየቁዉን መስፈርቶች ዉሉ አሟልቶ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
