• የተጨማሪ እሴት የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት በጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ ሠንጠረዥና በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (ii) መሠረት የሀገር ውስጥ ተጫራች ሆኖ በታክስ ባለሥልጣን የተሰጠ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታከለ የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣ Reference: 4.6 (ለ) (ii)

ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው።ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ CPO ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው።ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታው በተከፈተበት ቀን ብቻ ኪሼር ማስገባት ግዴታ አለበት።
