Qualification Requirements

• Nationality Bidder's have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2. Reference: ITB 35.2
• Delivery and Completion Schedule Bidder has failed to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements Reference: ITB 35.4
• supplier list Bidder has to register itself in the electronic government procurement system as suppliers list (mandatory for all bidders ) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.7 Reference: ITB 35.2
• valid excise tax registration certificate For procurements of goods and services subject to excise tax, to submit a valid excise tax registration certificate;  Reference: ITB 35.2

ማሳሰብያ፡- ደምቢዶሎ ዩኒቨርስሲቲ በ2019 በጀት የወጣ የላብራቶሪ ሪኤጄንት እና ኬሚካልስ ግልጽ ጫረታ ለይ የምሳተፉ ተጫራቾች የምከተሉት መስፈርቶች መወቅ አለባቸዉ፡፡ 1. ዩኒቨርስቲዉ ጫረታዉን በሙሉ ወይም በከፍል የመሰረዝ መፈቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ 2.ማንኛዉም ተወዳዳረ የጫረታ ማስከበረያ CPO የጫረታ ሰዓቱ ከመዘጋቱ በፍት በደምቢዶሎሎ ዩኒቨርስቲ በአካል በመገኘት በቢሮ ቁጥር 402 መስመስገብ አለበት፡፡ 3. .ማንኛዉም ታወዳዳረ የጫረታ ሰዓቱ ካለቀ በኃላ የመክፈቻ ቁልፉን በግዜ ሼር ማድረግ አለበት፡፡ 4.አሸፍዉ ድርጅት ዕቃዉን የምረከበዉ በደምብዶሎ ዩኒቨርሲ ዕቃ ግምጃቤት ሆኖ ወጪዉንና ትረንስፖርቴሼኑን ችሎ መረከብ አለበት፡፡ 5.በስስቴሙ ላይ የተጠየቁዉን መስፈርቶች ዉሉ አሟልቶ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 6.ያወጣን ጨራታ ጋር የምማሳሰል/የምነፀፃር የንግድ ፍቀድ እና ሌሎች መሠረተዊ ሰናዶች ማለት TIN No፣ የተደሰ ክልራንስ፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ፣ ቫት ሰርትፍከት፣ CPO፣ እና ሌሎች ሳፖርት ዶክሜንት በ EGP system በ Pdf የጠያቅነዉ ቦታ ላይ ማስገባት ግዴታ ናዉ፡፡
