1.የግዥ ፈፃሚው አካል ስም የመከላከያ ጤና ዋና መምሪያ (Defense Health Main Department) ነው፡፡ ዋና መምሪያው ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 2.ተጫራጮች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስት/Bid security/ ከባንክ ሲያሠሩ በዋና መምሪያው ስም የመከላከያ ጤና ዋና መምሪያ (Defense Health Main Department) መሆን ይኖርበታል፡፡ 3.ለህክምና አገልግሎት የሚውሉ ማሽኖች ተያይዞ በቀረበው ስፔስፊኬሽንና መስፈርት ታሳቢ በማድረግ ተጫራቾች ዋጋ መስጠት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በቴክኒካል መግለጫ ላይ የተቀመጡትን ሰፔስፊኬሽንና መስፈርቶች መቀበላችሁን በሲስተሙ ዶክመንታችሁን በማያያዝ ማረጋገጥ ይኖርባችኋል፡፡ 4.ተጫራቾች በሲስተሙ የተጠየቁትን መስፈቶችና ቴክኒካል ዶክመንቶች ግልፅ በሆነ መንገድ ማያያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
