Invitation to National competitive bid (NCB) for the procurement of

IT Materials to  Implementing EHR for HC

Procurement Ref No:- BOHEA-PPAD-IT-MAT-Bid-Proc-2018 EC

1. Therefore interested bidders are invited to participate for the Supply of IT Material,
2. Bid Document can be obtained from Addis Ababa City Administration Health Bureau Room No 7-03 During office hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non re-fundable fee of birr 1000 (One Thousand Birr only)
3. A complete bidding document may be purchased by an interested bidder on the submission of written application together with renewed relevant license. Registration card issued from finance authorized organization, Vat Registration Certificate, TIN No. (Tax identification number & Tax clearance) to the office upon payment of non-refundable Birr 1000 (One Thousand Birr only) in cash.
4. Valid Business License indicating the stream of business in which the Bidder is engaged (valid for 2018 E.C)
5. The bidder must provide Bid security in the amount of birr 200,000 (Two Hundred thousand) for Procurement of IT Material for Health Centers and 100,000.00 (One Hundred thousand) for Procurement of IT Materials, Tools and Battery for Health Bureau in C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee issued by a legally established financial institution. Any bid not secured accordingly shall be rejected automatically (Insurance bond is not acceptable)
6. The bid shall be closed after announcement of 10 consecutive working day 4:00 AM local time and Bid opening shall take place 4:30 AM the same day & time.
7. Our bureau reserved the right to accept or reject partially or the entire bid.
8.
