 ጥራቱንና የወቅቱን የገበያ ዋጋ ባገናዘበ መልኩ አሸናፊ የሆነ ድርጅት ያሸነፈበት የልብስ ሳሙና 250 ግራም መሆኑ በሚዛን ተለክቶ በቀረበዉ መጠን ልክ መሆኑ እና ጥራቱ በባለሙያ ሲረጋገጥ አርባ ምንጭ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋና ግቢ ዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ገቢ ማድረግ ይኖርበታል።  ተጫራቾች የልብስ ሳሙና 250 ግራም መሆኑ ተመዝኖ ስረጋገጥ ናሙና ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ ባሉት 05/አምስት/ የሥራ ቀናት ዉስጥ አርባ ምንጭ ዩኒቨረሲቲ ግዥ ሥራ አስፈፃሚ ጽ/ቤት በአካል በመቅረብ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፤ ናሙና ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጪ ይደረጋል።  ናሙና የተመረጠላቸዉ ድርጅቶች ብቻ ፋይናንሻል ይከፈትላቸዋል፤  የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በኦን ላይን ከማያያዝ (Attach) ከማድረግ በተጨማሪ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ኦርጅናሉን አርባ ምንጭ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግዥ ሥራ አስፈፃሚ ጽ/ቤት ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ 5 (አምስት) ቀናት በማቅረብ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል። ኦርጅናሉን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በአካል በመቅረብ ያላስያዘ ተጫራች በዉድድሩ እንዳልተሳተፈ ይቆጠራል። ወይም ከውድድር ውጭ ይደረጋል።  የጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ማህበራት የጨረታ ማከበሪያ ዋስትና የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የገንዘብ መጠን ተገልፆ እና ጨረታ ፀንቶ የሚቆይበት (Bid Security Validity Date) ተገልፆ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ መቅረብ ይኖርበታል።ይህ ባይሆን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ እንዳላቀረበ ተቆጥሮ ከውድድር ውጭ ይደረጋል።  ተጫራቾች የሚስጥር ቁጥር (Key) ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ አንድ ሰዓት በፊት በቀጥታ (Online Share) ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል።  ጨረታ ተከፍቶ የሚስጥር ቁጥር (Key) በጨረታ ከፈታ ቀን በቀጥታ (Online Share) ባይደረግ ኃላፊነቱ የተጫራቹ ይሆናል።  ተጫራቾች የሰነድ (Participation Fee) በዩኒቨርሲቲዉ አካውንት 1000726844163 በቴሌ ብር 200.00/ሁለት መቶ ብር/ ብቻ ገቢ ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል።  ዩኒቨርሲቲዊ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፍልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
