1. ከወቅቱ ገበያ ዋጋ በታችም ሆነ በላይ ዋጋ መስጠት ከጨረታ ዉጭ ያስደርጋል አሸናፍ የሆነ ድርጅት ንብረቱን በዩኒቨርሲቲ ጥራት አረጋጋጭ ኮምቴ ስረጋገጥ ብቻ ገቢ ያደርጋል።
2. ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ አስቀድሞ የጨረታ ማስከበርያ CPO እስከ ቦንጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በአካል ማቅረብ አለበት።
3. ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፈል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
