- የጨረታ ማስከበረያ በModjo Customs Branch Office/ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ፅ/ቤት በሚል መሰራት ይኖርበታል፡፡
- የጨረታ ማስከበረያ e-GP ሲስተሙ ላይ ስካን ተደርጎ መጫን/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡
- የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ከጨረታ ከመከፈቱ ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቂ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
- የሚቀርበዉ የቢሮ የወለል ምንጣፍ እና የቢሮ መጋረጃ ሙሉ እቃዉ ከነ ገበሩ የሆነ እና መስሪያ ቤቱ በሚፈልገዉ የጥራት ደረጃ መሰረት መሆን አለበት፡፡
- የሚቀርበዉ የቢሮ የወለል ምንጣፍ የማንጠፍ እና የቢሮ መጋረጃ የመስቀል ስራ መስሪያ ቤቱ በሚፈልገዉ መሰረት ለመስራት የእጅ አገልግሎት ዋጋን ከዕቃው ዋጋ ጋር ማካተት ይኖርባችዋል ሆኖም ግን በተናጣል የሚሞላው ዋጋ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡
- የቢሮ የወለል ምንጣፍ እና የቢሮ መጋረጃ ሳንፕሎች ከጨረታ ከመከፈቱ ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቂ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
- የቀረቡት የቢሮ የወለል ምንጣፍ እና የቢሮ መጋረጃ ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ያቋቋማቸው የቴክኒክ ኮሚቴዎች ድርጅታችሁ ባለበት ለማየት ሲመጡ ባመጣታችሁት ሳምፕሎች መሰረት ማሳየት ይኖርባችዋል፡፡
- የዕቃው/ የቢሮ የወለል ምንጣፍ እና የቢሮ መጋረጃ ሳምፕል ያላሳየ ድርጅት ወደ ቀጣይ ውድድር አያልፍም፡፡
- አሸናፊ ድርጅት ዕቃዉ ማስረከቢያ ቦታ ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ይሆናል፡፡
- ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በክፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
