The SUIDAC Project Assosa City Administration Office, under the Benishangul- Gumuz Regional State, intends to procure, through its project budget, a Differential GPS to be used by the Land Development Management Office's land-related registration service.

• Lot Two: Procurement of a Differential GPS through open tender.

Accordingly, bidders who wish to participate in the tender must meet the following requirements:

1. Bidders must submit a renewed business license for the current year, showing payment of taxes in their respective field of operation.
2. Bidders must be registered for Value Added Tax (VAT).
3. Bidders must submit a supplier registration certificate.
4. Taxpayer registration certificate (TIN).
5. A bid security of 20,000 Birr (Twenty Thousand Birr) per lot, in the form of a bank-confirmed CPO, must be deposited and submitted. Please note that bid bonds from any bank will not be accepted.
6. Bidders can purchase the tender document containing the full specifications from the Procurement Unit of the Assosa City Administration Finance and Economic Development Department for a non-refundable fee of 200 Birr (Two Hundred Birr) per lot.
7.  Bidders must fill out their bid price and submit the documents as follows; one original technical and one copy of the technical, and one original financial and one copy of the financial, each placed in separate envelopes, then sealed inside one master envelope. This must be deposited in the box prepared at the same office where the document was purchased.
8. The tender will be closed after 15 consecutive days from the date this notice is published, which is on the 16th day at 4:00 AM (local time), and opened at 4:30 AM (local time) the same day in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
9. If the tender opening date falls on a non-working day, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
10. The winning bidder will be determined based on the lowest responsive bid (single. price) that meets the specifications.
11. The Project reserves the right to cancel the tender partially or fully if a better method or alternative is found.
