1. ቢሮው ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።

2. ተጫራቹ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት የመጀመሪያውን CPO/ተመሳሳይ ሰነዶችን በአካል ለቢሮው ማቅረብ እና የናሙናው ቁሳቁስ ለቢሮው መቅረብ አለበት።

3. ተጫራቾች ግልጽ የሆኑ የሰነድ ማስረጃዎችን በግልጽ ማያያዝ አለባቸው።

4. ቁሳቁስ ኦሪጅናል (እውነተኛ) መሆን አለበት።

5. አሸናፊው እቃውን በትራንስፖርት ወደ ኦሮሚያ ትምህርት ቢሮ ማድረስ አለበት።

 3.Bidders should attach clear documentary evidences in a clear way.
