ዩኒቨርሰቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው:: አሽናፊው ድርጅት ዕቃውን ዲላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት:: የጨረታ መስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ /CPO እንዲሁም ለጥቃቅን እና አነስተኛ ለሆኑት ድርጅቶች ከሚመለከተው አደራጅ መስሪያ ቤት የብር መጠንና የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ በተቋሙ የበላይ ኃላፊ ተፈርሞ የወጣ ደብዳቤ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ አዲስ አበባ እና ዙሪያ ለምትገኙ ሩዋንዳ ኢንባሲ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኝወ ጉዳይ ማስፈፃሚያ ቢሮ እንድታሰገቡ ዲላና አካባቢው ለምትገኙ ግዥ ስራ አስፈጻሚ ቢሮ ጨረታ በፊት መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ የስራ ቦታ ምልከታ ይደረጋል በተጨማሪ የመኪና ሊብሬ ወይም የውል ሰነድ በኢጂፒ ሲስተም መግባት አለበት እንዲሁም በሀርድ ኮፒ ከሲፒኦ ጋር ተያይዞ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡
