የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ/CPO/ በኢትዮጵያ አየር ኃይል ስም በማዘጋጀት እንዲሁም የሚቀርቡ ሣምፕሎች ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ቢሾፍቱ/ደብረዘይት/ በሚገኘው የአየር ኃይል ጠቅላይ መምሪያ መቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ ጨረታውን የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
