The Amhara Regional State Bureau North shwa zone Minjare Shenkora werda Finance office through the Government of Ethiopia has received credit and a grant from the IDA toward the cost of the Food System & Resilience Program (FSRP) and it intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for which this invitation is issued.

2. Bidding will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB/ RFB) procedure specified in the World Bank's Procurement Guidelines: under IDA Credits and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.

3. Bidders should be Technical Evaluated with their Technical specifications attached to bidders' technical proposal document Against the Technical Evaluation Criteria of the biding Document

4. Bids shall be valid for period of (90) days after the bid opening date.

5. Bids security should be submitted in the form of an Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO.

6. Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses, which are renewed for the year 2018 E.C. The following document & /or Renewed license, VAT Registration Certificate & Taxpayer Identification Number TIN. So the Bidder should have to attach this document with the technical proposal of their Bids document.

7. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from the Minjare Shenkora werda Finace Procurement, Finance and Property Administration Office Number-13 Arerti, Kebele - 02, upon payment of a none refundable fee of birr 1000 to the address indicated above.
