1. Hibret Insurance Share Company would like to invite all interested bidder for procurement of "Electric Automobile Vehicles (EVs)" that fulfill the following minimum requirements.

2. Bidders must present copy of renewed Trade license, VAT registration Certificate and TIN certificate.

3. The sealed bid document proposal shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on before April 30/2026, 9:00 AM. Hibret Insurance Share Company Head office building 9th floor Human Capital & Property Administration office located around Tewodros Square.

4. Bid shall be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representation at Hibret Insurance Share Company meeting room 11thfloor on the same date at 10:00A.M.

5. Bidders must submit their offer that shows detail specification of the vehicles.

6. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from 2-3 shall result in automatic disqualification or rejection.

7. Hibret Insurance Share Company shall reserve the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
