If the office gets best option, it has the right to cancel bid fully or partially መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው። ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ጨረታዉ ከመዘጋቱ በፊት CPO(የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ) በአካል ማምጣት አለበት፡፡ ዋጋ ከመሙላታችሁ በፊት የእቃወችን የብልሽት አይነት በአካል መጦ ማየት ግዴታ ነዉ። መጦ የእቃወችን ብልሽት ያላየ ተጫራች ከጨረታዉ ዉድቅ ይደረጋል።
