1. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 720,000/ሰባ ሁለት ሺህ ብር/ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ አንድ ቀን ቀደም ብሎ በአካል መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 2. ተጫራች ድርጅት ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ 1 ቀን ቀደም ብሎ ሣምኘል ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 3. አሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃውን ዩኒቨርሲቲው ዋና ግቢ ድረስ ያቀርባል፡፡ 4. ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
