The average annual turnover calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last years must exceed times the amount of the financial proposal of the Bid;

Financial capability: The average annual turnover for the last 5 (five) years at a minimum of USD $3M or equivalent in ETB.

Proof of past performance: The bidder should have experience providing and implementing power and cooling infrastructure for data center. At least 3 references must be attached for both implementing power and cooling systems in data center.

Tender Specific Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) must be submitted for selected devices and datasheet for all products.

Compliance Table, Data Sheet, and Bill of Material in the technical Document should be presented.

The bidder must be in service for a minimum of 5  years until now

Implementation needs to be fully handled by bidder

The bidder must be able to provide in-country technical support, maintenance, and warranty service to all the complete solutions.

Guarantee and Implementation Liability: The bidder shall provide an official guarantee letter confirming their full responsibility for any damage, malfunction, or burnout of Data Center equipment that may occur during the implementation, installation, or configuration period.

In the event such incidents occur, the bidder shall repair or replace the affected equipment at their own cost, without any additional financial obligation to the Client.

This guarantee is intended to ensure service continuity and protection against single points of failure as part of the planned three-tier Data Center architecture supporting the SAP HANA ERP environment.

Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23

Bidder has to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS Clause 16.3

Bidder has to provide in the Bid Submission Sheet Form the Statement attesting the origin of the Goods and Related Services offered

Bidder has to submit Certificate from the competent Regulatory Authority (RA) that the manufacturer is licensed to manufacture the Health Sector Goods offered in accordance with ITB Clause 17.4 (only Bidders who are not primary manufacturers).

Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information about major relevant contracts successfully completed in the number and period specified in the BDS

Bidder has to submit Descriptive technical literature in accordance with ITB Clause 17

Bidder has to submit Manufacturer Authorization in accordance with ITB Clause 5.6
