Oromia Industrial Parks Development Corporation (OIPDC) here by invites sealed bid from eligible and qualified bidders for lot 1(One) Procurement of The Supply Installation Testing And Commissioning Of Weighbridge With Its All Related Civil Works and for lot 2(two) Electric Minibus

Therefore, bidders who wish to participate in the bid can apply as described below.

1. Your organization must submit a copy of their legal current valid business license, TIN registration certificate and VAT registration certificate documents along with the origin bid document and copy of the tender document.

2. Bidders may purchase each of the bidding document from the Finance Department Office at OIPDC, during the working days and hours from the date of publication of this tender notice in the newspaper until Ginbot/May/ 2/2018 E.C by paying a non-refundable fee of Birr 1000(one thousand Birr only).

3. Any bidder must submit a bid security of 300,000 Birr (Three hundred thousand Birr) in the form of a /CPO/ or unconditional bank guarantee valid for at least three months, in name o the Oromia Industry Parks Development Corporation, along with the original technical o original document.

4. The winner of the tender will be determined in accordance with the SBD section 3.

5. Any bidder must submit the requested technical and financial bid documents in a seale envelope, marked as original and two copies for each, in a separate two-envelope system and will be submitted place it in the box provided for this purpose on the date specified ii this notice.

6. The bid will be submitted until /Ginbot/May/ 3/2018 E.C at 4:00 local time and will be opened on this day at 4:30 local time in the presence of the OIPDC Procurement committee Procurement Department Office in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives an observers.

7. If the office finds a better alternative, the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part is reserved by law.
