1. Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested bidders for the Procurement of Minor less Camera System and Accessories
2. Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:
I. Renewed Trade License
II. TIN Certificate
III. Tax clearance certificate
IV. VAT Registration Certificate
V. Supplier Registration
VI. Competence Certificate
4. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from April 22. 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 300.00 (Birr Three Hundred only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office. Tower II. Ground floor and collect the. bid documents from Procurement Directorate, Kiamed Building, 1st floor.
5. Bid shall be accompanied with the following bid security.

6. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before May 07, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office, Procurement Directorate Located at Kiyamed Building 1st floor.
7. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address. on May 07, 2026 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
8. Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBE Head Office. Procurement Directorate, located at kiyamed Building, 1st floor. Tel. +251 11 524 4090.
9. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in sealed envelope.
10. The language of the tender is English.
11. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
