FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF RURAL WATER SUPPLY EXPANSION

HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is an independent development organization based in Zurich, Switzerland and has been operating for the last 50 years world-wide. HELVETAS is registered as foreign charity with the Charities and Societies Agency (Reg. Certificate No. 0040) to operate in the Rural Infrastructure, Natural Resource Management, Support to CSO and local governments, skill Development & Education, Regional livestock program and Emergency Response working areas. We have attached herewith copy of our registration certificate and license (No. 0040).

HELVETAS is implementing a project entitled "Regional livestock program (RLP) Transforming livestock trade for pastoral and Agro- pastoral communities to have more climates resilient, inclusive and sustainable livelihoods. RLP- Mandate of Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and Partnership with German Agro Action, AFD, EIP & the regional government of Oromia.

HELVETAS invites interested and eligible contractors for the construction of 1 (one) rural water supply expansion (RWS) at Tile Gurati site of Melbana kebele in Miyo woreda of Borana Zone as follows.

1. Bid document entitled "Bid Document for the Construction of Rural water supply expansion at Melbana Kebele of Miyo Woreda" can be obtained from HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Yabello office by paying non-refundable Birr 1000 (one thousand) starting Thursday April 23,2026.

2. Offers must be submitted on or before Monday May 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM (Morning) in a wax-sealed envelope and addressed to:
