The Ethiopian Sustainable Food System and Agro Ecology Consortium (ESFSAC) invites Licensed Consultancy and Audit Firms to submit proposals for the full implementation of IPSAS into its financial management system.

ETHIOPIAN SUSTAINABLE FOOD SYSTEM AND AGRO ECOLOGY CONSORTIUM

ESFSAC is a national civil society organization registered with the Agency for Civil Society Organization having a registration number 7120 established under Proclamation No. 1113/2019. The purpose of the Consortium is to mobilize state actors and citizens towards adoption of principles and practices of Agroecology-based food systems.

Invitation for IPSAS Implementation

ESFSAC likes to invite interested and eligible Licensed Consultancy and Audit Firms for full implementation of IPSAS into its Financial management System.

Qualified Firms are invited to submit their Technical and Financial proposals for Implementation of IPSAS in separate wax sealed envelopes.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualified licensed Firms who are interested to send a proposal and should fulfil the following requirements:

• Renewed professional license, competency certificate from the office of Federal Accounting and Audit Board of Ethiopia, tax identification number and value- added tax certificate, renewed business license for the year 2026, relevant skill /work experience, adequate and experienced personnel, awareness about the CSO proclamation and related guidelines, schedule of detailed activity plan, that includes expected start date and completion date.
• ESFSAC reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bids at any time without assigning any reason or reason whatsoever.

Awarding criteria

• Experience & capability (weighted average of Technical and Financial score basis)
