Tender procedure: International Competitive Bidding procedure with qualification as specified in KIW's Procurement Guidelines ("KfW Guidelines").

Brief tender description: The Ministry of Education (MOE) has received financing from KfW toward the cost of the Capacity Development in the Field of Training for Health Care Specialists and Technicians Project and now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Medical Equipment for Hospitals.

This tender consists of 2 Lots:

• Lot A, Laboratory and medical devices
• Lot B, Dialysis equipment

The final destinations are:

• Tikur Anbessa Specialized Hospital, Addis Ababa,
• University of Gondar Comprehensive Specialized Hospital, Gondar, Amhara Region,
• Haramaya University, Hiwot Fana Comprehensive Specialized University Hospital, Harar, Harar Region,
• Hawassa University Comprehensive Specialized Hospital, Hawassa, Sidama Region,
• Tana Research and Diagnostic Centre, Bahir Dar, Amhara Region, and
• Jimma University Medical Centre, Jimma, Oromia Region.

The required items, quantities, delivery periods, and other details are stipulated in the tender documents.

The tender documents received from the Purchaser are not transferable.

Bid submission details: Bids must be delivered to the address indicated in Clause ITB 22.1 of tender documents at/or before 14:00 local time in Addis Ababa on 18/06/2026. Late Bids wil rejected.
