• የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ እና የእቃዎቹን ናሙና(bid security) ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት መ/ቤቱ ድረስ በአካል ማምጣት ይኖርባችኋል። • የጨረታው አሸናፊ ተጫራች የሚወዳደርባቸው እቃዎች በእራሱ እስቶር ውስጥ ሊኖረው ይገባል። • አሸናፊ ተጫራች እስከ ንብረት ክፍል አውርዶ ማስረከብ አለበት። • መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል መሰረዝ መብት አለው።
