Overview: CAAP, a National NGO, invites qualified and reliable service providers to submit bids for Construction of 3 water catchments Ponds and 3 water diversion weirs/dykes in Harshin, Mula and Erer woredas. Somali region, Ethiopia. Bidders may submit offers for one or more service lots, each evaluated and awarded independently.

Service Lots

• LOT 1 Harshin Woreda: One water catchment Pond and One water diversion weir/dykes" construction at (lafa-islamod kebele)
• LOT 2- Harshin Woreda: One water catchments pond construction at (Farah-liban kebele)
• LOT 3 Mula Woreda: One water catchments Pond construction-at Dul-Qorah kebele
• LOT 4-Erar Woreda: Two water diversion weir/dykes' construction at Tabai Kebele

Potential suppliers can collect tender documents and submit sealed ITT responses in person to the Logistics Department at: CAAP Office, Kebele 07, JigJiga, Somali Region, Ethiopia

Eligibility Documents

• Copy of valid & relevant Business License, VAT, TOT, Taxpayers & tax clearance Certificates
• Bid Security: The amount of bid security shall not be less than two percent (2%) of the bid value in the form of certified check, certified payment order (CPO), bank guarantee bond), in the name of "Community in Action Against Poverty (CAAP)", valid for at least 90 days from bid submission date, enclosed in a separate envelope within the Original Technical Proposal
• Bidders must not be suspended or debarred by the Ethiopian government or any UN/INGO
• All tender pages must be completed, signed, and stamped by the authorized representative.

Submission Instructions:

• Submit in English in two sealed envelopes (Technical & Financial) with the company seal, enclosed in one outer envelope indicating the tender reference, Lot(s), and title.
• Submission Location: CAAP JigJiga Office, Kebele 07, Somali Region, Ethiopia
• Late or electronic submissions will not be accepted.
