Contract title: - Supply and Delivery of Multi crop thresher

1. The federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ministry of Agriculture received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Resilient Landscape and Livelihood Project (RLLP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Multi crop thresher.

The Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following materials:

Bidding will be conducted through National Request for Bidding (NRFB) procedures as specified in the World Bank's Regulation: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non- Consultancy Services under IBRD Loans and IDA credits and grants by World Bank Borrowers fourth edition November, 2020. The bid is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement regulation.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Agriculture Procurement Executive Block A, 2nd Floor, or RLLP II office Block B, 2nd floor and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 9:00 to 12:00 A.M and 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the address given bellow.

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders up on the submission of the written application to the address below and upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Birr 100.00 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment should be Bank transfer through account number 1000009144009.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before May 28, 2026 at 2:00P.M. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on May 28, 2026 at 2:15 PM.

7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as indicated above table in a freely convertible currency in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee. Insurance guarantee is not acceptable.
